[BFET] BFET Participant Reimbursement Process Update

Good Afternoon BFET Team,

Your patience and questions have been much appreciated. Attached is a Q&A document received from DSHS BFET Policy in regards to common questions being asked. This Q&A is intended to provide clarification for college processes in regards to entering in the Participant Reimbursements in eJAS. There are still some items DSHS is working to address; such as editing the PR more than once, having edit rights to participants after they have been removed from our caseloads, limits on PR items that are not in alignment with current BFET policy, etc.

We will continue to update the system as we get information. If you have questions please let us know. We are happy to assist.
