[BFET] REMINDER: Quarterly Grant Invoices DUE 10/31/2017 & Time and Effort

Just a friendly reminder that all SBCTC grant invoices for expenses incurred through 9/30/2017 must be submitted to SBCTC no later than 10/31/2017.  As usual, please submit those through OBIS<https://obis.sbctc.edu/>.

Also, don't forget to make sure you have all quarterly time and effort<https://ogms.sbctc.edu/docs/TimeEffortGuidelines.pdf> reports that may be required from staff and faculty at your organization.  If you have classified/hourly staff who have to do them not less often than monthly, it's still a good opportunity to make sure you've got those for the first quarter of the year as well.
