[BFET] Early BFET Billing Roster and Invoicing Deadlines

Good afternoon.
I wanted to give a heads up regarding BFET billing rosters and invoices for April-June 2017. The invoicing deadline for the SBCTC is Thursday, July 13th, for all grants, including BFET, rather than the last day of the month as it is for all other invoicing periods.

With this deadline, your BFET billing roster needs to be submitted to BFETBilling at dshs.wa.gov<mailto:BFETBilling at dshs.wa.gov> no  later than Tuesday, June 20th, in order for the rosters to be approved in time. This will be a tight turn-around, especially with the July 4th holiday falling on a Tuesday.

Please put these deadlines on your calendar, and plan accordingly. Thank you.
