[BFET] BFET Funding Survey Due Thursday, May 18th

Good afternoon.
The first 50% of FFY18 has been invoiced for BFET, so you should have a pretty good idea where your budget is for the year. Please review the attached Grant Billing Status report. If you have more than 50% of your budget remaining, seriously consider the possibility of returning some of the funds you do not anticipate using.

Every 1% of funding left unexpended equals $121,042 system-wide. The system currently has 6% remaining, or $726,852.  These funds must be returned to DSHS, rather than being reallocated to colleges in need of additional funding.
