<p class="x_MsoNormal">I’m the IT Accessibility Coordinator at Olympic College and have been here 1-year now.  I look forward to meeting others doing similar work at the 33 other colleges in the SBCTC system so that we can share best practices and provide peer
 support to each other.  This afternoon I’ve been requesting VPATS from some vendors of public records software and looking over the demo of one of those products.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif; color:black">The goal of this space is for Accessible IT professionals within the ctc system to connect, ask questions, and share resources. For example, if you have a question about
 reviewing PDF documents for accessibility, how to manage video captioning on your campus, or would like tips on how to talk to a vendor about their product’s accessibility during procurement, this is the place to do that!</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:black"></span></p>
