<div class="">There have been some updates to Policy 188, the state IT policy governing accessible technology. Two of the three don’t have a tremendous impact on our conversations. Lifting the requirement to publish the plan is interesting, but since we tend
to function pretty openly, I’m not sure it makes a difference to us. </div>

<p class="">A new memo from Michael Cockrill sent to Agency Heads and CIOs relays several recent changes to OCIO Policies, including changes to Policy #188.</p>
<p class="">On May 11th, the Policy and Portfolio Subcommittee of Technology Services Board (TSB) recommended approval of several policies/standards. Based on this recommendation, these policies/standards have been adopted pending approval by the full TSB.
