<p><span style="color:#1F497D">After feedback from the Technology Service Board and the CIO Forum last week, WA State Chief Information Officer Michael Cockrill has decided to extend the deadline for Policy #188 deliverables to June 30<sup>th</sup>. Also, Cockrill
is seeking feedback from other sources, including Agency heads, concerning changes to the Policy.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="color:#1F497D"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="color:#1F497D">I am recommending that WA State Agencies continue to following the current requirements of #188, as they were previously supported by the TSB, State CIOs and the AGs Office, with the exception of posting their list of known non-complaint
tech online. I would recommend an Agency consult with their representative from the AG before taking that action.

<p><span style="color:#1F497D">The ideas of identifying an Accessibility Coordinator, developing internal Policy and Process to comply with Accessibility Standards and posting information about those online all support the strategy of moving Washington’s services
